Swollen feet....cause for concern? - swollen feet cause

I am only 10 weeks pregnant and now I've just noticed that my feet are pretty swollen. My cow and legs, but not my feet (the part on foot U) are very swollen. and ankle a little. I remember knowing all these bizarre stories on this topic and want to check if u think we should be worried? IM would be in a country that now, and it is too late to go to the doctor, who call the emergency room. necessary? in very nervous here. I guess I also "growing pains" feel a little leg!
