I cook for someone who is diabetic and wish to fruit salads and smoothies for them. What fruits can be used that are good and healthy, but they do not have much sugar?

Strawberries are low in sugar and rich in antioxidants. Tropical fruits are rich in sugar.

Better yet, ask your friend, what fruit can be eaten:)
